Group-Fit is our most popular class. With many sessions offered each week, you’ll find it easy to fit into your schedule.
You get unlimited sessions per week. We require an 8-week commitment to start because it has proven to be the most effective way of creating lasting lifestyle change. Discounts available.

If you prefer to exercise on your own terms at your own time, Gym-Fit is perfect for you. Work out in relative seclusion in our small studio environment featuring a combination of strength and cardio equipment. Our large floor area is also available to use outside of pre-booked session times.

Circuit-Fit is our new programme that provides fast, effective 30-minute circuit workouts at midday every weekday. Designed for you to get your workout in, hit the showers, and straight back to work. Perfect for those who live and work in Upper Hutt.
Every day is a different workout with a mix of HIIT, core, strength, cardio, and more.
