Group-Fit • Circuit-Fit • Pilates-Fit

Our timetable aims to suit your lifestyle. We have multiple classes to suit your work schedule and life schedule. Our fitness classes run for 45 minutes per session, and our circuit fit classes run for 30 minutes per session. Our classes provide a functional full-body workout to improve fitness levels, endurance and strength.

G = Group-Fit classes — 45 mins

C = Circuit-Fit classes — 30 mins

B = Box-Fit classes — 45 mins

P = Pilates classes — 45 mins

Y = Yoga classes — 1 hour

Group-Fit Daily Focus

Each weekday all Group-Fit classes will focus on a different workout style:

Mondays & Wednesdays — CONDITIONING

Tuesdays & Thursdays — STRENGTH

Fridays & Saturdays — FUSION

The idea behind this is to enable you to choose which style of workout you would like to attend during the week. You may prefer to have a focus on building up your strength for a few weeks then adding in a conditioning or fusion session to complete your week. The choice will be yours!
