Group-Fit Daily Focus


Group-Fit Condition:

Group training sessions focused on full body movements with and without weights. Experience fast-paced intervals with short rest periods to help you break a sweat and feel revitalised for the day. Don't miss out on the perfect Monday and Wednesday sessions to boost your vitality.

Group-Fit Strength:

Build muscle, boost strength, and transform yourself with our focused resistance training group sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. Experience the power of combining isolation and compound exercises to unlock your full potential.

Group-Fit Fusion:

Get ready for the ultimate weekend workout! Our group training sessions on Fridays and Saturdays are the perfect combination of resistance and conditioning exercises. With powerful movements and dynamic cardio, we'll push your body to the limit and give you an all-over body blast. Say goodbye to the week and hello to the weekend feeling on top form. Join us for an intense and rewarding fitness experience.

Please note that this membership is a 6 month contract from the date of sign up. If you choose to terminate the contract early, you will be responsible for paying the remainder of the contract up until the stated expiration date. After the 6 month period, the plan will automatically revert to a $39.50 per week Group-Fit membership, unless you inform us otherwise.

 

CIRCUIT-FIT
