Working out together with your partner or friend is a fun way to achieve your goals. There is also the added bonus of friendly competition and accountability which will spur you on even when you don’t feel like it.

Our Partner-Fit classes are one-on-one and are completely private. Our personal trainer will create a tailored workout plan that is built to help you and your bestie, partner, husband, wife etc. to achieve your fitness goals. 

Our Partner-Fit program runs over 12 weeks with three sessions per week. If you can’t physically make a session, you can livestream the session can continue to work out remotely. Our partner fit program is perfect if you’re wanting to lose weight and tone up for an event, for summer, as a New Year’s resolution etc. and, of course, you have the option to extend the program past 12 weeks for maximum results!
