What is Personal-Fit?
Our Personal-Fit programme takes your training to the next level. Personal-Fit consists of one-on-one, private personal training sessions designed to help you reach your specific exercise goals. Our personal trainer will create a tailored workout plan based on what you’re wanting to achieve - whether you’re wanting to tone up specific areas, focus on a full body tone or are just wanting to gain a bit more confidence.
Who is Personal-Fit for?
Personal-Fit is for everyone! Whether you’re just wanting some one-on-one training, are needing someone to keep you accountable to your goals or are wanting fast track your progress. Personal-Fit is also a really great option if you aren’t used to exercising but are wanting to make a start, are training for an event, or don’t feel comfortable training in a group setting.
No audience, boutique studio, train for the results you want.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
Can’t make it to a session? No worries! We can do it remotely via livestream.
